Jean-Simon joined the Mustangs coaching staff as an assistant coach in October 2019.Jean-Simon comes to Stevenson after serving as an assistant coach at Delaware State University for last two seasons. Last season, Jean-Simon was promoted to the Hornets assistant coach after serving as a volunteer assistant coach in 2017. With the team, he assisted with recruiting, on-field training sessions, fitness and technical sessions, as well as monitoring academic progress.Also with Delaware State University, Jean-Simon served as the intern to the Associate Athletic Director of Events and Facilities as well as the graduate assistant for the softball team.Most recently, Jean-Simon served as the U12 girls head coach for the Coastal Atlantic Football Club where he developed and executed practice plans for training sessions and developed technical and tactical player skills.Jean-Simon played for Wesley College as a defender/midfielder from 2009-12, where he was a four year starter. As a senior, he was named captain. Jean-Simon is a 2014 graduate of Wesley College where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He went on to receive his Masters of Science in Sports Administration from Delaware State University in December 2017.
