Justin Flack (Concordia-Moorhead '15) joined the Augsburg women's soccer coaching staff as a graduate fellow assistant coach in the 2023 campaign, as he pursues his master's degree at Augsburg. Graduate fellows gain knowledge in coaching a college program, while also recruiting and providing organizational duties for the team. Flack will assist in all facets of the women's soccer program at Augsburg and will simultaneously be earning his Master of Arts in Leadership/Master of Business Administration dual degree. 

Flack is an accomplished coach in the Twin Cities area, with a plethora of coaching licensure and experience. He serves as the Academy Director for Tonka United Soccer Club, and worked previously with the Minnesota United Academy, Fusion Soccer Club, Blaine Soccer Club and Tri City Storm Socce Club. He holds his USSF B License, his UEFA C License, and is a United Soccer Coaches Master Coach.

A native of Westminster, Colo. (Standley Lake HS), Flack is a 2015 graduate of Concordia College-Moorhead, as a cum laude bachelor's degree recipient in creative writing and psychology. At Concordia, he was a Dean's List student and earned Academic All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors three times. A four-year starter on defense for the Cobbers (2011-14), Flack played in 72 career games, contributing eight assists. He earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors in both 2012 and 2014.
