Started as a Calvin women's soccer assistant coach in 2018.

Standout collegiate player at Messiah College (Pa.), where she was an NCAA Division III All-American in 2008.

Helped lead Messiah to NCAA Division III National Championships in 2005 and 2008. Her teams also made the national tournament final in 2007, and the semi-final in 2006.

A Grand Rapids native who prepped at Forest Hills Central High School. Souders scored the game-winning goal to lead them to a Division II State Championship in 2005.

Graduated from Messiah with a degree in nutrition and dietetics, as well as Sport and Exercise Science.

Resides in Grand Rapids with her husband (Calvin men's soccer head coach) Ryan Souders, and their three children - Eden, Miah and Will.
