Lacey has a combined total of 7 years coaching at the high school level and currently entering 4th Season as Winslow HS Girls Varsity Soccer Head Coach. She was named Coach of the Year for the 2021 season. Along with that, have 10 years of experience at the club level with the most recent being 5 seasons coaching multiple age groups for Central Maine United Premier and was newly appointed as the Girls Director of Coaching. Then spent 4 years at the collegiate level as an assistant coach. She contributed to the overall day-to-day operations and player development during a two-year stint with both the men's and women's teams at then, division III school Thomas More College (Crestview Hills, KY). While there, both teams were back-to-back Presidents' Athletic Conference Champions and the women made trips to the Elite 8 and Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. 

Lacey attended division III school Wesley College (Dover, DE) and was a 4-year starter in the center midfield and captain her senior year, graduated in 2012 with a B.S. in Physical Education K-12 and Coaching Certification. Then she went on to play three seasons in the Women’s Premier Soccer League, received playing time and started games in the center-mid as well as backline during this semi-professional stint. Her coaching education includes earning the U.S. Soccer National C License in 2018; along with the United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper 1 & 2 Diplomas and LGBT Diversity and Inclusion Diploma. In 2021, she attained a Fundamentals in Global Sports Management Certification from NYU professional studies. She now reside in Waterville, ME with wife Amber and infant son Warren.
