Lauren Malcolm enters her first season as the Marymount University women's soccer goalkeeping coach. 

Malcolm comes to Arlington after serving as the Volunteer Goalkeeper coach at Robert Morris University. While with the Colonials, she implemented skill-specific training techniques for their goalkeeper platoon. Malcolm also worked as the goalkeeper coach for GK Icon, where she worked on techniques and skills to enhance their ability.

Malcolm graduated from St. Bonaventure University in the spring of 2020. A four-year standout on the Bonnies women's soccer team. she graduated third overall in program history for career saves (452). As a senior, she posted a 1.21 goals-against average, which was the second-best single-season mark for the Bonnies. She was named to the Atlantic 10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll all four years of her career.
