Career Synopsis

The 2023-24 season is McLaughlin's third as head coach, after being promoted mid-season in '21, and her fourth at Heidelberg overall 

Holds extensive club and high school coaching experience

Has a USSA 'D' License and a United Soccer Coaches Advanced Diploma

2022

Went 6-9-2 overall, 2-7 in the OAC

Mentored three All-OAC performers

Guided 14 Academic All-OAC honorees

2021

Named interim head coach for women's soccer -- to be promoted mid season

Led the team to an 11-7 (4-5 OAC) record -- the most wins since 2000

Helped the program punch a ticket to the OAC Tournament for the first time in over a decade

Coached Audrey Kaufman, Makenzie Damsa, Meredith Bruce and Madi Lause -- who all earned weekly OAC player awards

Mentored Kaufman and Megan Hamilton as they earned All-OAC honors

Guided 12 student-athletes to academic All-OAC accolades
