Marc Kirsch begins his first season as a lead assistant coach for the Otterbein women’s soccer program in 2023.

A well-known club director, Kirsch brings a wealth of coaching and administrative experience at multiple levels. He has guided a two Ohio South State Cup championship teams, along with a Presidents Cup title.

Kirsch enjoyed a pair of memorable runs as the head boys coach at Marysville high school from 1998-2003 and against from 2005-12, working his way to becoming the winningest coach in program history. He also served as an assistant coach on staff at nearby Ohio Wesleyan in 2003-04.

An Olympic development coach, Kirsch has been a NSCAA National Coaches Award winner and holds his national diploma coaching license as well.
