Mike Seltzer serves as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Bates Department of Athletics. 

Originally from Ellsworth, Maine, Seltzer played college basketball at Saint Anselm in New Hampshire. He graduated in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration. Seltzer has PES and CES certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Prior to his arrival at Bates in 2013, Seltzer served as an assistant men's basketball coach at the University of Southern Maine for three seasons and at Falmouth High School for two seasons.
