After spending a season as a volunteer coach with the Fordham men's soccer team, Milan Davidovic has joined the women's soccer staff for 2023 as Director of Performance Analysis.

Davidovic has coached around the world at the professional, collegiate, and club levels.  He currently works for FC Somers with the 2008 girls, that are two-time National Leagues North Atlantic champions, two-time New York Cup champions, and an Eastern Regional finalist.  In 2020, he was the

North Atlantic Best Coach of the Year.  Additionally, he works with the 2004 boys team which was the National League champion, two-time Regional tournament champion, and was twice a National Tournament semifinalist.

For collegiate coaching in the United States, Davidovic was an assistant coach at Missouri Valley College for two years at the NAIA level, making the national tournament in both of those seasons and later served as an assistant coach at Lehman College.

Prior to coaching in college, Davidovic coached and played in Serbia.  In the coaching ranks, he was an assistant coach in RFK Novi Sad second division, while being a head women's coach in the ZFK Novi Becej first division.  As a player, Davidovic played for RFK Novi Sad and FK Slavija.
