Patrick Corbett returned to the Red Devil women’s soccer staff in the spring of 2021. He joined Head Coach Ted Zingman for his first season at Dickinson in 2017.Corbett returns to Carlisle after serving as an assistant coach with the women's soccer program at Virginia Wesleyan University for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. The Marlins appeared in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) championship in both 2018 and 2019 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in 2019 as well. He was instrumental in recruiting the 2019 Virginia State and ODAC Rookie of the Year, and was involved in all aspects of the program as they compiled an overall record of 25-8-8 in his two seasons.  Prior to joining the Dickinson staff Corbett had spent two seasons as the head coach of men’s soccer at CCBC-Catonsville and served as the head coach of the women’s program in 2012 and 2013. During his tenure, he produced a combined six All-Conference selections and had nine players named All-Region.He holds his United States Soccer Federation National ‘C’ license and has more than ten years of soccer coaching experience. Corbett coached various teams from 2007 to 2014 within the Thunder Soccer Club (TSC) organization. Since 2014, he has been coaching with Soccer Association of Columbia (SAC), currently coaching the 06 Boys, 98 Boys, and the nationally ranked 98 Girls. Corbett played at Howard Community College during the 2006 and 2007 seasons, and captained the team in 2007. He earned his Associate of Arts degree in 2008 and then attended University of Maryland Baltimore county from 2010-2012, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2012.
