Ndaira, a native of Triangle, Zimbabwe, joins Lipscomb's women's soccer coaching staff in February of 2024 after six years as the head coach at Faulkner University where he guided the Eagles to 36 wins over his tenure. During his time with the program, the Eagles earned two Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Tournament Semifinal appearances after a semifinal appearance drought since 2012.

While with the Eagles, Ndaira led Faulkner's squad to two of the program's six seasons with a .500 or better record and departs the Montgomery, Ala. based program as the second-winningest coach in program history.

Over his six seasons with the team, the Eagles saw two players earn First Team All-Conference honors, eight Second Team All-Conference honors, a Freshman of the Year selection, eight All-Freshman Team selections, and two All-Tournament Team selections after a four-year stretch with no Lady Eagles earning spots on the First or Second Teams.

A believer in developing well-rounded student-athletes, Ndaira's teams contained 18 different NAIA Scholar-Athletes as well as totaling 67 SSAC All-Academic selections.

During his time as a collegiate soccer player, Ndaira made a name for himself as one of the top goalkeepers in Faulkner men's soccer program history. As a player, he set the program record for career saves with 323 – nearly 100 saves higher than the second-highest total – as well as ranking third in program history for save percentage among netminders who played in at least 50 percent of the team's matches.
