Rachel joined the Buffalo State College Athletic Training Staff in July 2016 as a part-time Assistant Athletic Trainer. In August 2017, she was promoted to a full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer. She graduated in 2016 from Daemen College with her Master of Science in Athletic Training and in 2015 from Daemen College with her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Studies Specializing in Health and Fitness Training with minors in Biology and General Business.

Her varied clinical experiences include the National Women's Soccer League team the WNY Flash (now North Carolina Courage), University at Buffalo, Daemen College, Medaille College, Erie Community College, and Niagara Falls High School. Rachel also has additional certification as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a clinical preceptor for Daemen College and University at Buffalo Athletic Training Education Programs. She serves as Buffalo State College's Intercollegiate Athletics Insurance and CPR/AED/First-Aid Coordinator. Rachel is an active member of the NATA, EATA, NYSATA, CATS and NSCA.

In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, running, biking, hiking, and traveling.
