Richard Pearce is in his first season as an assistant coach at MSUM.

Prior to joining the Dragon staff, the 2023-24 season marked the third season for Pearce as Director of Player Analysis at Bluefield State. In addition to analysis, he is currently studying to become a certified personal trainer with a focus on strength and conditioning, and enjoys the challenge of new ideas and training techniques to improve athletic performance.

In his personal time he enjoys lifting weights, cycling, running, bouldering and HIIT classes.
