Ricky Davis joined the Florida Southern women's soccer staff in the fall of 2023. He brought 25 years of coaching experience at the college, high school, and youth levels. 

Davis has trained several goalkeepers that have gone on to play in Europe, Israel, and Egypt. Additionally, he has trained national teams representing the countries of Jamaica, Panama, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Davis is a West Florida Flames Goalkeeper staff member and also a staff coach for RTG Goalkeeping Academy. He serves as the President of Premier Goalkeeper Training. He holds NSCAA Premier Goalkeeping Diploma as well as NSCAA Coaching License. 

Davis is a former product of West Florida Flames and Brandon FC First Division Suncoast League in his playing career. 

A Florida native, Davis has lived his whole life in Tampa Area Region. Davis rejoins Gerry Lucey's staff a second time, having tremendous success together at the college level.
