Boswell coached four All-Lone Star Conference players at MSU, including multiple members of the Lone Star Conference All-Freshmen Team. Both Kelly Cannistra and Nicole Marsolek were named All-Region in 2021.

Prior to MSU, Boswell spent a year on the coaching staff at Drury University. Prior to her time with the Panthers, Boswell worked as the assistant women's soccer coach at Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma for four years. During her time there, the Raiders finished as District runners-up in 2017 before winning the Region II Championship in 2018 and earning an NJCAA national ranking. Boswell earned KJCCC All-Conference honors in 2009 while also being named an Academic All-American.

Boswell transferred to Northeastern State in Oklahoma following her sophomore season at Neosho. With the RiverHawks, Boswell was a two-year starter and was recognized for her excellence in the classroom as a two-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Following her playing career, she spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota.

Boswell graduated from Northeastern State with a degree in physical education in 2012 and earned a masters degree in educational administration from Sioux Falls in 2015.

What Others Are Saying About Sadé Boswell

"Coach Boswell has done a great job for us at Midwestern State and she is deserving of her own program. I am excited to see her elevate Missouri Southern into this new period."

Ryan Spence, Head Coach – Midwestern State

“Sadé was one of my first recruits to help build the program at Neosho Community College. She helped laid the foundation and was a very successful player there and helped me lay the foundation at Rose State College when I went there. She was the first person I called when I took that job. Everyone respected her as a player and coach at every place I’ve been. She has the determination and will to be a great role model and leader at Missouri Southern.”

Damon Soloman – Former Head Coach Neosho CC/Rose State College – Current Teacher and AD at Peggy Hiller Jr. (Calif.) High School.

“Coach Sadé Boswell is a fantastic up and coming coach that deeply cares about building lasting relationships with her players. She is a strong leader and very dedicated to helping young people succeed on and off the field. This a great hire for MSSU.”
