Savannah Warner returned to her alma mater in the summer of 2022, serving as an assistant athletic trainer. She works primarily with the Skyhawk soccer, men's basketball and baseball teams while assisting with all other sports. She was promoted to associate athletic trainer in July 2023.

Warner previously worked in Texas under the Brock Independent School District and Seminole Independent School District from 2020-22. During that time, she was also a preceptor for the Tarleton State University Master of Science in Athletic Training program. 

As an undergraduate, Warner was a member of the UT Martin rodeo team under head coach John Luthi. She worked as a student athletic trainer for the Skyhawk football team before graduating from UT Martin with a degree in health and human performance in December 2017.

A Cobden, Ill. native, Warner earned her Master of Science degree in athletic training from Tarleton State in May 2020.
