Scott Maloney of Lincoln Park was named the Interim Head Women's Soccer Coach at Felician University in August 2022. He had been added to coach Aris Alpian's staff in December 2021 after spending the previous three seasons as an assistant men's coach at the County College of Morris.Maloney is the Director of Coaching & Soccer Operations for Morris Elite SC. In addition, he is Morris Elite's W-League assistant coach, 2011 Pre-USL and U18 USL Blue Girls head coach that competes in the USYS Mid Atlantic League. He has led the club's 2006 girls to three Super Y League national finals appearances, and the USL W League team to a 2022 Metropolitan Division Championship and a national quarter-final appearance. In 2021, Maloney was recognized as one of EDP’s Young Promising Coaches under the age of 30. Prior to his employment at Morris Elite, Maloney was the Director of Administration for the Girls Developmental Academy club, Long Island SC while cross performing as the Technical Director of the Long Island Rough Riders youth supplemental programs. In 2018, he led the 2004 Girls Development Academy team in the spring season as interim head coach, culminating in an undefeated spring showcase in San Diego, Calif. Prior to his move to Long Island, he helped launch the independently owned Baltimore Kings Professional Soccer Club as the Business Development Manager and worked for the United Soccer Academy as an Operations Coordinator and professional soccer instructor.Maloney spent one year with the Harrisburg City Islanders of the United Soccer League as an Operations Assistant and an Academy Instructor.Maloney graduated from York (Pa.) College in 2015 with a B.S. degree in sports management and a minor in management. While an undergraduate, he obtained his first coaching position, leading the varsity at York Country Day School. He played one year of amateur soccer for Kinnelon FC of the Garden State Soccer League.Maloney holds a USSF National 'C' Coaching License and is pursuing his National 'B' License.  Last updated 12/16/22
