Wilson was named as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach during the 2023-24 academic year. 

Wilson was a five-year member of the Saxon’s women’s soccer team and a two-year member of the track & field team. As a track & field athlete, she competed in the sprinting events and the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays as well as a couple of tries at the indoor distance medley relay and the outdoor 4x800-meter relay. As a soccer player, she recorded two goals and two assists while leading a strong defense in her 77 games played and 70 starts.

Wilson spent the past track & field season as a part-time assistant for the Saxons. Prior to that, she was part of an internship program through Houghton University and was an intern for Alfred University’s strength & conditioning program. She is certified in CPR and first aid as well as Specialist in Strength & Conditioning.

Wilson graduated from AU in December of 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health & Fitness Management with a minor in psychology. She is currently working towards her Master’s of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in sports performance and injury prevention through Pennsylvania Western University.
