Stephanie Cradduck was named the head coach of PBA women's soccer in January of 2024.

“I am honored and humbled for the opportunity to develop Christian Game-Changers within the women’s soccer program, and I look forward to building a culture of excellence here in West Palm Beach,” Cradduck said. “I want to thank Courtney Lovely Evans, TJ Budd, and the search committee for their trust and belief in me to lead this team into a new era of Sailfish women’s soccer.”

“From the moment I stepped on campus, I felt at home,” Cradduck said. “I was impressed by the passion and genuine care for the women’s soccer program and our student-athletes. It is clear PBA is a special place, and I’m beyond thankful the Lord has graciously allowed me to be a part of it. Go Sailfish!”

Cradduck joined Palm Beach Atlantic after coaching four years at Anderson University, a DII program in South Carolina. She joined the Trojans in March of 2020 as the assistant women’s soccer coach. She was promoted to associate head coach prior to the 2023 season after a 10-win season for AU in 2022. Anderson has finished over .500 and made the Southern Athletic Conference tournament the last two seasons. Cradduck has helped lead the Trojans to a combined 12-5-5 record in the conference in 2022 and 2023. She primarily oversaw the AU defense which allowed just .74 goals per game in 2022.

Prior to coaching at Anderson, Cradduck coached two seasons at Ohio Christian. In her second season with the Trailblazers, she helped OCU achieve a 10-6-2 record with a 6-2-2 conference mark. During her time at Ohio Christian, the program totaled six first-team all-conference selections and made the River States Conference in each season. She earned her master’s in leadership from OCU in 2020.

Cradduck graduated from Cedarville University in May of 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Adolescent and Young Adult Social Studies Education with a minor in Bible. She earned her master’s in business administration from CU in August 2018. Cradduck was an all-conference defender as a Yellow Jacket. She helped lead Cedarville to a GMAC tournament championship in 2015, along with a trip to the NCAA DII national tournament.
