In just his third season with the program, the Lions made history in 2019, going 15-5-3, winning the program's first-ever East Coast Conference Championship, and advancing all the way to the final 16 teams in the NCAA Tournament. For the success, Price and his staff were recognized by United Soccer Coaches as the East Region Staff of the Year.

After returning to the pitch in 2021 following a canceled season in 2020 due to COVID-19, Price's team once again rewrote the history books with a program-best 18-3 record. The Lions captured its second-straight ECC title and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Price has guided 19 players to 27 All-ECC selections, six United Soccer Coaches All-Region recognitions, and eight D2CCA All-Region selections, highlighted by the program's first-ever All-American selection Dana Poetzsch, earning the honor from both United Soccer Coaches (2019, 2021) and D2CCA (2019). 

Price was the first assistant for the women's program for six seasons, joining the staff in 2010. In his first season, the Lions posted a 9-9-1 record, advancing to the East Coast Conference Semifinals where they defeated the country's top-ranked University of Bridgeport in penalty kicks before falling 1-0 in the Conference Championship.
