Tara joined Colgate Athletics in January 2018 after having served as an administrative assistant in Colgate’s Office of Admission since 2014. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SUNY Cobleskill.

Tara and her husband, Eric, have two daughters, Mackenzie and Alexandra. Tara enjoys cooking, baking and crafting with her daughters. The Bugbee family can often be found playing outdoors or gardening.
