Thomas Bledsoe begins his first season as a Graduate Assistant coach for MSUB women's soccer ahead of the 2023 season.

Prior to joining the Yellowjackets, Bledsoe served as an assistant coach at Missouri State Southern University in 2022. In his season at MSSU, Bledsoe helped to lead the team to their highest conference points total since 2019, and had six student-athletes named to All-MIAA teams.

Bledsoe began his coaching career as a graduate assistant for the women's soccer program at Southwest Baptist University. He helped coach the program's first All-GLVC honoree since 2019. He was also a student assistant for the men's program after finishing his playing career there in 2018. A defender. Bledsoe, played in 12 games, starting seven, and racking up 719 minutes.

Bledose graduated from Southwest Baptist in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in accounting, and a masters in athletic/activity administration  in 2023. He is currently enrolled in the master's of psychology program at MSUB.
