Todd Bradshaw enters his seventh season as an assistant coach on the Siena Women's Soccer staff. During his tenure, Siena's Goalkeepers Coach has developed a pair of MAAC Goalkeepers of the Year in Taylor Dorado (2018) and Leslie Adams (2020-21).
"Todd will focus on training the goalkeepers and brings a variety of experience," said head coach Steve Karbowski upon Bradshaw's appointment. "He provides an excitement and enthusiasm to the position to go along with his knowledge of the game."
Bradshaw helped guide Siena to the program's third MAAC Tournament Championship and first-ever regular season crown during the 2020-21 season. He helped develop Leslie Adams, who made her collegiate debut during the season, into the MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year.
Bradshaw helped lead the Saints to the MAAC Championship Match in his second season with the program in 2018. Siena finished the season strong winning eight of its final 10 matches, highlighted by a pair of separate four-match winning streaks. Under his guidance, Taylor Dorado was named the MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year and First Team All-MAAC selection.
Siena posted an 11-8 overall record in Bradshaw's first season with the program in 2017, and tallied a 6-4 league mark while advancing to the MAAC Semifinals.
Bradshaw has been active coaching youth soccer locally. He currently serves as the head coach of both the Clifton Park U18A Boys and U16A Girls Soccer Club squads. He previously coached Clifton Park Soccer Club's U14B Girls and U16A, U14B, and U12B Boys teams.
A native of nearby Clifton Park, New York, Bradshaw also served as his alma mater Shenendehowa High School's Goalkeepers Coach for both the boys and girls squads the previous three seasons. He has also spent the past four years as the Clifton Park Soccer Club's Goalkeeper Director and Coach.
