Will Seevers joined Longwood as an Assistant Director of Sports Performance in the fall of 2022 after spending the past four years as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Providence in Great Falls, Montana. At Longwood, he will be responsible for baseball, men’s and women’s soccer, field hockey, and men’s and women’s tennis.

During his time in Montana, he oversaw the strength and conditioning programs for 15 teams since 2018. He also worked as an intern at Louisiana State University (LSU), Tarleton State University and Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) prior to his time at the University of Providence.

Seevers is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) from the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa) and holds a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also AED/CPR, First Aid, and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certified and is a NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator.

Seevers is an avid outdoorsman, as he enjoys hiking and backpacking. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and son when he has free time.
