Amine Airaki enter his fourth season as Illinois Tech assistant men’s soccer coach in Fall of 2023. Amine Airaki is a soccer fanatic and seasoned coach. He currently holds a USSF "C" License and is projected to obtain his USSF "B".
He started coaching in 2009 at FC Sporting de Hortaleza de Madrid while he was wrapping up his degree in Physical Education at the Universidad de Complutense. Amine puts his passions for education and soccer to good use as a Spanish Teacher and Head Soccer Coach. His coaching experience includes starting and leading the soccer program at Pope John 23 School in 2013 and working with the girls Varsity team at St. Ignatius in 2014. Amine founded and coaches Berber Stars, now Berber City FC who play Semi-Pro in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) and the Midwest Premier League (MWPL) since 2013. He also served as Boys Director and Head Coach at Chicago KICS for 4 years and Director of Coaching at Chicago City SC south for 1 year where he helped grow the programs and led his teams to compete in top divisions.
