Andy Ricci is in his second season with the Macs, joining the staff in 2021. He played 4 years at Alfred University, helping the team to their best 4 year record in 20 years. He owns a National 'E' Coach's License from the USSF and coaches with Penn Fusion Soccer Academy. 

He graduated from Alfred University with a degree in Ceramic engineering and Mathematics minor.
