Mukhin is entering his second season as an assistant coach with the Storm men's soccer program in 2023.

Mukhin grew up in Windsor, England, playing as a goalkeeper for Wycombe Wanderers Academy and then semi-pro for Windsor FC and Maidenhead United FC. 

Mukhin came over to America in 2016 and played for St Charles Community College for 2 years, captaining the team to 2 conference tournament appearances, finishing his career there with 24 appearances and 183 saves. He then transferred to the University of Missouri-St Louis, a two-year starter, in senior year, leading the team to their first postseason tournament in five years. Finished the year with a 0.91 GAA and 82% shot save. Winning defensive player of the week twice and being named second team all-conference. 

Started coaching career as the youth academy goalkeeper coach for Maidenhead United. Once in USA, he worked for a private goalkeeping academy for four years. Assisted with Sporting St Louis u16s. After graduating with a Sports Science degree, became Directory of Goalkeeping for Elite FT and spent time interning with Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville strength and conditioning department.
