Dan Gribben will be entering his first year as an assistant coach for the men's soccer program at the University of Charleston.

Dan played three years at the University of Houston Victoria, Texas. There, he won two Red River Conference Tournaments and featured in two NAIA national championships.

Following graduation from UHV, Dan started his coaching career at St. Ambrose University while obtaining a master's degree in IT Management. He coached the women's soccer team and in 2021 he helped win the CCAC Conference Title and the program featured in the NAIA national tournament. This was the first CCAC Conference Title in the program's history.

Dan spent the 2022 Fall season at Nicholls State University coaching the women's soccer program before joining UC.
