As a native from City Bell, Argentina, Terminiello played for the Estudiantes de la Plata youth team, the biggest team in the city of La Plata.

Terminiello came to the US in August 2012 to pursue a major in Finance. During his four years, he acquired several awards, such as Freshman of the Year in 2012, Most Valuable Player in 2013 and 2014, and Second Team NAIA in 2016.

During his freshman year, his team won the first regular season championship in the history of the soccer program at Florida Memorial University. The University finished in an all-time high-ranking position in the NAIA - 8th.

As a goalkeeper coach, Pablo worked for Florida Memorial University in 2016, Andrew College in 2017, Boca Juniors in 2018, Florida National University in 2019, where the team won a National Championship in the NJCAA. In 2022, Pablo returned to Argentina to start working with the female team of Defensores de Cambaceres.
