Dan Maddock is an alumni of the Geneseo Knights program, playing goalkeeper for the Knights from 2012-2014. 

Maddock continued his playing career after Geneseo, playing with the MASL2 Rochester Lancers in 2019, and then again with the Lancers for the 2022/23 season. He was a co-captain of the 2022/23 Lancers, helping them to an 8-4 record in their first season back in MASL2.

Maddock holds his US Soccer National “D” Coaching License, and is the head coach of the WNY Flash Rochester U13 Boys Premier team, as well as an assistant coach for the Spencerport U13 Girls Travel team.
