Batnasan joins the Concordia University Chicago Athletic Training Staff as of May 2023.

Batnasan has been working professionally as an athletic trainer and certified acupuncturist since 2019. He recently graduated from Elmhurst University with his MBA, where he worked as an Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. At Elmhurst University, his main team responsibilities fell within football, women's basketball, lacrosse, and track and field. He also helped to assist in prevention, recognition, and treatment of athletic injuries across all of Bluejay Athletics.

During his time at Elmhurst University, Batnasan was also an Outreach Athletic Trainer at Go4 Ellis. He would provide athletic training services, including game coverages, tournaments for high schools and universities, and incorporating various rehabilitative treatment and prevention. With Go4 Ellis in the spring of 2023, Batnasan was an intricate part in helping CUC Athletics and assisting with any and all athletic training needs for student athletes. 

As a former Outreach Athletic Trainer for Athletico Physical Therapy, he worked clinically with Rolling Meadows High School. This included designing and coordinating rehabilitation protocols and directing communication to athletes from sports medicine teams, physical therapists, and physicians. At the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management Cook County Health, Batnasan provided acupuncture treatment and assisted with patient treatment plans.

Receiving his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Health Science from North Park University and Master of Science in Acupuncture from the National University of Health Sciences, Batnasan worked as a student worker in the Vikings athletic training department for football, soccer, and women's volleyball. He also worked within Niles West High School, DePaul University, and the National University of Health Sciences Whole Health Center.
