Jacob Kautzman enters his first season as an assistant coach at Salisbury in 2023.

Prior to beginning his coaching career, Kautzman played four seasons with the University of Mary Washington men's soccer team. A three-time CAC/C2C champion, Kautzman played in 54 career games with 40 starts, collecting two goals and an assist as a steady presence in the Eagles backline before graduating in 2022.
