Clark's coaching vitae spans several decades, stretching from California to Maine and running the gamut from NCAA D1 to high school, club, and Olympic Development Program (ODP) experience.  Having coached at many schools including; Stanford, Dartmouth, Middlebury and William & Mary; Jen is really excited to join the Sagehens Men’s Soccer staff.  “Coach Swartz has been in the game for years and this is an incredible place for me to continue my learning.”

In her own words, Clark loves being a "teacher of the game," and even after leading numerous high-level programs through tremendously successful seasons, her proudest achievements involve building programs. While serving as the head coach for Christopher Newport University (Newport News, Va.), she turned a Division III program with a .313 win percentage before her arrival into a .781 juggernaut with national prominence. She similarly led a previously sub-.500 team to a conference championship and their first-ever trip to the NCAA Playoffs and subsequently to the NCAA round of 16.  Viewing every game, practice and interaction as a learning opportunity, "relentless positivity" guides Clark's coaching philosophy.

Clark earned her bachelor's degree in geography from Dartmouth College, as well as a master's degree in athletic leadership from Castleton University (Castleton, Vt.).  Over the years Clark has earned many coaching Licenses including her A, B and C Licenses from the USSF.
