Matt Gladle enters his second year as an assistant coach with the men's soccer program during the 2022-23 academic year.

A 2010 graduate from Union University (TN), Gladle completed his undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Science while competing on the men’s soccer team.

During his career at Union University in Tennessee, Matthew set a single season record with 12 goals, earning him Honorable Mention All-Conference as a freshman. Prior to playing college, Matthew trained under Paul Mariner for the Olympic development U-18 team, taking him to play competitive soccer in Sweden, Germany, Denmark and Austria. His journey took him from Europe to Bolivia where he trained at the Tahuichi Academy’s intensive program right before his freshman year.

He has been an active member in his local community, running both youth and adult soccer leagues and organizing successful yearly competitive soccer tournaments. He also works as a volunteer assistant coach with Ogdensburg Free Academy Boys JV Soccer.
