Milan Milicevic joined the men's soccer staff as a volunteer assistant in the summer of 2022.

He previously served as a graduate assistant during the 2020-21 season at NAIA Lsu-Shreveport, where he helped led the Pilots to a 12-6-1 mark and the championship game of the Red River Athletic Conference Tournament.

He assisted the coaching staff with practice planning, skill development, conditioning and academic progress.

Before that, he worked as a student assistant at his alma mater, Southwestern Christian University, where he was part of the 2019 staff that was named coaching staff of the year by the NCCAA after winning the national tournament.

He played four seasons for the Eagles at SCU, serving as captain for the his last three years. The Eagles won the NCCAA tournament his junior and senior seasons.

He went on to play professionally with the Shreveport Rafters and Oklahoma City IMPS.

He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Southwestern Christian in 2019 and a master's in Information Technology Management from Campbellsville in 2022.
