Nick Schmoller began his college coaching career in 2022.  He has been coaching soccer at the youth level for 18 years coaching at various age levels and leading 20+ summer soccer camps. 

Schmoller is also on the board for the local soccer club – New Ulm United Soccer Club.

Schmoller has a long history of playing the sport.  He played on the MLC team during the 2002-2005 seasons, earning all-conference honors.  The teams that he was a part of one the UMAC conference championship twice and advanced into the NAIA national tournament once.

Schmoller previously has served as an admissions counselor for MLC and as the pastor of a new mission start, Lamb of God Lutheran Church, in Lafayette, IN.

Schmoller also teaches Greek and Theology courses at MLC.
