Rob Seaton is in his fifth season as an assistant coach for the Cougars after spending three years at his alma mater, Lander University, where he served as a men's soccer assistant coach.

At Lander, Seaton guided the program to three national title appearances and won one Peach Belt Conference Championship. The Bearcats also earned back-to-back PBC regular season titles, two consecutive conference tournament finals appearances, two consecutive PBC Coach/Staff of the Year and 2018 Southeast Region Champions with an Elite 8 appearance during Seaton's tenure.

Prior to coaching, Seaton earned three national tournament appearances (2012,2013 and 2015), a PBC regular season championship in 2012, captained the team to a PBC Tournament final, NCAA Tournament and the second best start to the regular season in program history and earned all-tournament honors in 2015.

Seaton is from Whitby, England and currently resides in Mount Pleasant, S.C.
