Stephen Roberson joined the Millsaps men’s soccer staff in the summer of 2023 as an assistant coach. He was born in Madison, Miss., where he attended Madison Central High School.

In 2011, Roberson was named Mr. Mississippi for soccer and was a part of the Region lll for years. After graduating from Madison Central, Roberson attended the University of Tulsa where he played soccer for three years.

Roberson then embarked to Mississippi where he finished his college career at Mississippi College. The Mississippi native continued playing soccer for four years with the Mississippi Brillia. In 2022, Roberson finished his playing career with Gaffa FC.

Roberson began his coaching career for the Mississippi Rush and instructed at Ridgeland High School, where he coached for four years.

He currently lives in Ridgeland, Miss. with his family.
