Tim Rehm made his return to Monmouth University as the Director of Strength and Conditioning in January of 2018 and was promoted to his current role of Executive Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Performance in the Fall of 2023.

Rehm oversees Monmouth's Athletic Performance staff and works directly with the Hawks' football, field hockey, men's soccer and cross country/track and field programs.

Rehm, who returned to the University where he spent seven seasons, comes from Mississippi State where he served as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Bulldogs. Prior to his time in Starkville, Rehm served as the Associate AD for Athletic Performance at Fordham University from 2015 to 2018. The Waldwick, NJ native spent seven years at Monmouth before leaving for the Bronx.

During the past year in Starkville, Rehm assisted in all facets of speed, strength and conditioning for the Mississippi State football program, which went on to win eight games and earn a berth in the Outback Bowl on New Year's Day. While with the Bulldogs he was the lead administrator for Force Plate CMJ testing and assisted in creation of an educational wellness presentation for student-athletes. Rehm also served as the department liaison for the sports nutrition program and assisted with the Catapult GPS and Polar HR tracking.

While at Fordham he supervised all facets of the Fordham University Strength and Conditioning program and staff members while directing programs for football, women's basketball, baseball swimming & diving and tennis. Rehm implemented the Catapult GPS athlete tracking system for football and women's basketball while also implementing an athlete screening program for diagnosis of structural weaknesses. He was also an active participant in recruiting functions for football and men's and women's basketball.

Rehm's first full-time job out of college was at Monmouth, where he started as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in August of 2008. Rehm was promoted to Director of Strength & Conditioning in 2011 where he oversaw the renovation of the varsity weight room which included upgrades in training equipment, flooring, HVAC, lighting, and general appearance. During his time with the Hawks, Rehm worked directly with the football, men's basketball and field hockey programs among others. He managed the equipment purchasing budget , implemented a volunteer coaching/internship program and assisted with recruiting functions.

Prior to starting his first stint at Monmouth, Rehm held strength and conditioning intern positions with the New York Giants, The College of the Holy Cross and the University of Massachusetts.  

Rehm is a 2008 graduate of Springfield College where he captained the Pride track & field team. He earned his MS in Administration and Supervision from Monmouth in May of 2023. Rehm resides in Brick, NJ with his wife Catherine and daughters Camryn and Ellie.
