Vince Volpe joined the Redhawks' staff in 2014. He is the program's Player Development Coordinator.

"We are very fortunate to have Vince on our staff," said Coach Pete Fewing. "He has been a friend and mentor to our program for nearly twenty years and along with his fifteen years as a volunteer in youth soccer, you have a real servant to the game and to helping young people grow. His tremendous professional career in the construction and business world brings our student-athletes real life experiences that they can learn from as they develop their vision for their own futures. The Volpe family names runs deep at SU and we are very fortunate that Vince dedicated so much time to our team and department."

Volpe's children are both Seattle U alums, as his son, Tony, played soccer and received a business degree, while his daughter, Nicole, earned a law degree at SU. Volpe's uncle, Paul, was the first Dean of the Business School at Seattle U.
