Loucks helped out with the William Smith soccer program in 2014 as a volunteer coach and began the 2014 season as a part-time assistant coach.

He brings eight years of coaching experience at Keuka College to the Heron staff. He served as head coach of the Keuka women's soccer program for six years, leading the team to a 64-38-6 record. Loucks also worked as the head coach of Keuka's men's soccer program for two years. In addition, he was a member of the HWS community working for two years as the assistant coach for Hobart's soccer team and the head coach of the junior varsity team as well as an equipment coordinator.

Loucks also has coached at the high school level at West Genesee in Syracuse and at Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls. He led the Mynderse men's soccer team for a total of 11 years, posting a 155-76-25 overall record and earning a sectional title in 2003.

Loucks also served as the director of coaching for the West Genesee FC and is the founder and president of the Arsenal Academy Soccer Club and the Seneca Falls United Soccer Club. In addition, he worked as a director for the Ithaca Arsenal Premier Soccer Club.

Loucks is currently a fleet manager at BonaDent Laboratories in Seneca Falls.
