Coach Findlay joined Bluefield state in 2022 as the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. She holds a graduate degree in Psychology and a minor in Coaching from Montana State University Billings. 

Findlay played four years of college soccer, her first two years were spent at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington. While at Clark, Findlay competed in a total of 31 games and logged over 2,000 minutes played for the penguins. Of those 31 games, she started 30 of them finishing her career with the second highest in career starts in program history. Although the majority of her time was spent in the defensive line, Findlay finished her career with three goals and one assist.

After completing her associates degree and playing in two seasons at Clark College, Findlay transferred to Montana State University Billings. MSUB competes in the GNAC- one of the toughest NCAA DII conferences in the country. Findlay missed out on her junior season in 2020 due to COVID-19 cancelations but was able to return to the pitch in 2021 and contribute considerable minutes especially towards the end of the season as the team battled for a post-season place. Findlay recorded a total of 903 minutes, one goal, and two assists for the Yellowjackets. 

As an assistant, Coach Findlay supports all aspects of the program but especially outfield player coaching and mentoring. 

Findlay was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington.
