TCU women’s soccer head coach Eric Bell has announced the addition of Ana Auger-Crossman to the staff. She is set to take on the Director of Soccer Operations role. Auger-Crossman makes the transition to the soccer staff after four years in the TCU equipment room. She enters her second season with the program in 2023.

“We are really happy for Ana and for our program,” said head coach Eric Bell. “She brings a different set of experiences that will help us moving forward. I can’t wait for her to get started. Her having already been around our program is a big plus. She knows how we do our business and our culture. She is definitely going to come in and enhance our culture and what we are trying to do.

Born in Guatemala, Auger-Crossman moved to Fort Worth in middle school. She stayed loyal to her Fort Worth roots, attending TCU from 2006-10. While an undergraduate, she worked with the football program. Upon graduation, she served as a graduate assistant in the equipment room working primarily with TCU’s Olympic sports.

Auger-Crossman moved to Florida State in the summer of 2014, serving as the Seminoles Olympic sports equipment supervisor. She was in that role for three years before returning to TCU in the summer of 2017 as a member of the equipment department. She worked with the volleyball and beach volleyball program upon her return before transitioning to the soccer program prior to the 2020 season.

In addition to the equipment room, Auger-Crossman has been an integral part of the growth of TCU Athletics DEI Committee. She has served on TCU’s Staff Assembly as well as serving as a College 101 Program mentor. Additionally she volunteers as an ESL teacher on campus through TCU’s Human Resources department.

Auger-Crossman earned her Equipment Manager Certification in June of 2013 and her TESOL Certification in May 2021. She graduated from TCU in December 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Italian Language and Culture. Auger-Crossman earned her Master of Liberal Arts from TCU in December 2014 and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Florida State in December 2017.
