A native of Georgia, Hall joined the women's soccer coaching staff in April 2023.

“Our program is very pleased to bring Chris on board,” Bhattacharjee said of the hiring. “He has a wealth of knowledge and it was clear in talking to people close to him how invested he is in the profession and how much he cares for his players. Chris will have a substantial presence in on-field coaching, recruitment, and overall team management and operations. Our staff and players can’t wait to have him join our Bearcat family.”

Hall came directly from Reinhardt University (Ga.), where he served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for six years. There, Hall helped the Eagles win back-to-back conference championships (2020-21) and make three straight national tournament appearances (2020-22).

His 2021 and 2022 Reinhardt teams each earned a final national ranking (as high as No. 17) and the program enjoyed a win percentage of 72% over the last six seasons (82-31-5). In a three-year span between 2020-22, Reinhardt produced a 41-game conference win streak.

“I'm very excited for the opportunity to join the women's soccer program at Binghamton,” Hall said. “Throughout the process, I've been impressed with the energy and investment of the players, the detail and care of the coaching staff, and the support and ambition of the athletics administration. It's clear people are pulling in the same direction. I look forward to working each day to help build on the record of success already established at Binghamton. Can't wait to get started.”

In addition to his collegiate success, Hall has been a longtime elite academy soccer coach and director. He has led two ECNL teams to national prominence and has placed several players in ODP and U.S. National Team camps. Hall’s 2019 AFC Lightning Soccer team captured the Georgia State Cup and advanced to the USYS Regional Championships. His club work resulted in being named 2019 Unite Soccer Coaches East Region Youth Coach of the Year.

He holds a USSF A License and United Soccer Coaches Premier License.

Hall earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Georgia State in 1998 and his master’s degree in teaching in 2013, also from Georgia State.
