Courtney Taylor joined the Buccaneers' athletic training staff in the fall of 2022, after working at Westminster Academy in Fort Lauderdale since January of 2021 at the head athletic trainer.

Taylor will primarily work with the Buccaneer women's soccer and rowing teams, providing on-site coverage and injury care.

Prior to Westminster, she worked at Florida Atlantic as a certified athletic training fellow for football and at Richmond with football and men's and women's tennis.

Taylor graduated from Monmouth with a bachelor's in health studies and physical education in 2017 and completed her master's degree in athletic training at Seton Hall in 2019. As a student at Monmouth, she worked with the Hawks' football, men's basketball and track and field programs and at Fairleigh Dickinson with football, baseball and lacrosse. As a graduate student, she interned with the New York Giants.

She is a board certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and carries a state licensure in Florida. She is also certified in CPR/AED by the American Heart Association.
