Diana Groth, who has international experience as both a player and coach, joined the women's soccer staff as a part-time assistant coach for the 2021 season. She was elevated to a full-time assistant coach to start the 2023 season.

 She has helped the program to back-to-back conference titles, including in 2022 when the Golden Flyers went 8-5-7.

A native of Berlin, Germany, Groth played professionally for five years there and later coached youth teams for seven years before moving to the United States. She has coached at numerous camps and clinics in the Rochester area and currently is coaching in the Olympic Development Program.

She has UEFA-B and USSF-B coaching licenses. She resides in Greece, N.Y.
