After a fine two-year playing career, Julia Delgatti returned in 2019 as a part-time assistant coach for the Golden Flyers.

Delgatti was the Golden Flyers' leading scorer in each of the two seasons she played (2016, 2017), totaling 24 goals over that span to become a two-time first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star. She also was twice selected as an East Region all-star. She graduated with a degree in Nursing.

A native of Rochester and a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School, Delgatti excelled in soccer and basketball there. She attended Division I Liberty University in Virginia and played the 2013 season there, contributing two goals and four assists for a team that finished 16-6-1.
