George Dunbar is in his fifth season as an assistant coach at Stockton. Dunbar joined the Osprey staff after 20 years as the head coach at Division II Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University) during which he posted a .604 winning percentage.

After taking the reins of the program in 1999, Dunbar led the Rams to 225 victories, five Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference regular season titles, three CACC Tournament championships, two ECAC championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances (2014-15). He was chosen CACC Coach of the Year twice, in 2008 and 2011. 

Dunbar spent the 1998 season as an assistant coach at Jefferson and also served as the head coach at Burlington County College from 1982-90. He is a 1979 graduate of Glassboro State College (now Rowan University).
