Hailey Kerridge joined the Bruins' coaching staff on June 20, 2023.

The former Hailey Eck was a four-year letter winner at rival Lipscomb University from 2016 to 2019. While a high school math teacher at Lipscomb Academy, Kerridge served as the girl's varsity assistant head coach and head junior varsity coach at the Ensworth School since 2021. She also spent time at Ensworth as the boy's assistant head coach and was Lipscomb Academy's girl's assistant head coach in 2020.

As a player on the pitch, the stalwart defender earned 64 caps and started 54 of the final 55 matches of her career. Kerridge was part of three consecutive ASUN Conference championship teams and helped the Bisons to back-to-back NCAA Championship appearances in 2018 and 2019. She totaled two goals and seven assists throughout her career, logging over 4,600 minutes and recording seven of 11 shots on target.

Kerridge earned her Bachelor of Science degree in secondary math education in 2020.
