Isaac "Ike" McMillan joined the Keene State women's soccer coaching staff ahead of the 2018 season as an assistant coach and goaltender coach.

McMillan has been coaching soccer at various levels for over 30 years. He has spent time in the college ranks at The University of Missouri St. Louis where he spent two years as an assistant coach, focussing on field instruction of the women's soccer team as well as administrative duties within the program. As head coach, McMillan guided the Lutheran South High School varsity boys team to a 110-43-14 record and won five league championships during his seven years. He has also coached various Busch and JB Marine travel teams, where he had been a regular fixture in the top ten nationally and has coached in the Olympic Development Program for five years, where he finished with a 33-4-5 record.

McMillan is a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America since 1996, and a member of the National Federation of State High School Coaches Association since 1999. A graduate of Eureka High School, he received a B.S. in psychology from Truman State in 1993, and received his teacher certification from Webster University in 1995.
